Mountainview Jams is an bi-monthly open mic event that happens in the Appalachian Dining Hall at Binghamton University. This event is meant to cultivate a community of student musicians and showcase their work not only to the campus but online as well. As a media intern of three years, I was tasked with photographing the musicians, creating social media graphics, and highlight reels to share online. Initially, I made social media graphics based off of what was originally on the social media sites, but over time I began to form a more concrete identity, using Source Sans Pro as a display font and Brevia as the body copy.
